The Art of Discard

When going to the supermarket and passing through the shelves, we have to select the products we want to purchase. In this exercise, there is a need of discarding lots of things that we want to avoid eating or drinking for different reasons.

Well, in our daily life (outside the supermarket) the approach should be similar: it is not about selecting the acquaintances that could potentially become a friend but to discard lots of people. I'll try to explain further. Again, back to the supermarket, they want to sell you all types of pastries, cakes, cookies, chips, chocolates and alcohol. In the street, in a bar or at the office the people getting close to you require a deep analysis. There is the arrogant, the rude, the bored, ... and you have to be patient waiting for the interesting one. Continuing with the supermarket metaphor, it seems not easy at all to grab fruits and vegetables while discarding the rest.

No matter how you do it, find the healthy fruits and vegetables and find the right people!
