Potencial of Hydrogen (PH), definitively a very interesting and useful concept nowadays to be aware of. It expresses the level of acidity or alkalinity within the blood and extracellular liquid remaining in our body.

In fact, this is the way of how the alimentation going into our organism can impact the balance due to the minerals triggering acidity or alkalinity.

Some examples are:

-Acid food: cheese, egg, meat, fish, cereals, nuts

-Alkaline food: fruits, vegetables, milk, iogurt, almonds

That being said, PH at a value of 7 shows neutrality, >7 is to be considered alkaline while <7 is acid. The final goal should be of course to increase the consumption of the ones providing alkalinity.
